Welcome to Travedtour. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking a trip with us. These terms govern the relationship between you (the client) and Traveda Tour Private Limited (the company).
Booking & Payments
- Our terms of service officially begin when we have confirmed you on our tour of your choice and received your deposits with confirmation of the trip and details of all passengers.
- Your booking will be confirmed only after receiving an initial 50% of the total payment.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 28 days before the date of departure. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking without a refund.
- To ensure clarity and avoid disputes, all booking-related correspondence must be made in writing via email.
- If Traveda Tours must cancel your reservation for an unforeseeable cause, our liability is restricted to issuing a full refund of the initial payment received.
Itinerary & Surcharges
- The itineraries provided at the time of booking are sample itineraries. Alterations may be made for participant safety depending on factors like weather, road conditions, political situations, and traveller health. We will always prioritize your safety.
- The price of your travel package does not include surcharges applied after the time of booking. In the event of an unexpected increase in fuel prices, planned air travel, or any government-imposed taxes, you will be responsible for paying these additional costs. We will inform you of any such surcharges as soon as possible.
Limitations & Liability
Traveda Tour Private Limited acts as an agent for hotels, transportation services, and other contractors. We are not liable for any property loss or theft, personal injury, or other damages resulting from:
- Acts of God, dangers, fire, accidents, or breakdowns in machinery or equipment.
- Breakdowns of transport, wars, civil unrest, strikes, riots, or other similar causes.
- Any other causes beyond our direct control.
We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover such unforeseen events.
Complaints & Grievances
- While on the tour, any complaints should be brought to the immediate attention of your tour manager to facilitate a quick resolution.
- If a situation arises that cannot be rectified on the spot or is out of the tour manager’s control, a formal written complaint should be sent to our official email address within one month of your tour's conclusion.
- Any complaints submitted beyond this one-month time frame will be considered void, and Traveda Tour will have no further obligation to the customer.
