Refund & Return Policy

At Travedtour, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to make the cancellation and refund process as clear and straightforward as possible. By making a reservation with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Cancellation Timeframes & Refund Amounts

Refund eligibility is based on the date we receive your written cancellation notice.

  • 60 days or more prior to departure: 100% refund, excluding non-refundable taxes and service charges.
  • 60 to 30 days prior to departure: 60% refund, excluding non-refundable taxes and service charges.
  • 30 to 10 days prior to departure: 30% refund, excluding non-refundable taxes and service charges.
  • Less than 10 days prior to departure: No refund is applicable.

How to Request a Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Please send an email to our customer service team at support@travedtour.shop with your booking reference number and the reason for cancellation. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once a cancellation is confirmed and a refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 to 20 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (e.g., the credit card or bank account used for the booking).

Important Exclusions & Conditions

  • No Refunds for Unused Services: No refund will be provided for any unused portion of the tour, including but not limited to hotels, rides, meals, entrance fees, meditation classes, spas, and flights, regardless of the reason.
  • No Refunds Due to Weather: We are not responsible for weather conditions. No refunds will be issued for cancellations of events, sightseeing, or flights that occur during the trip due to weather or other climatic factors.
  • No Refunds for No-Shows: No refund is applicable if a traveler misses their flight or fails to show up on the day of the tour.
  • No Refunds for Early Termination: No refund will be provided if you decide to end your trip midway after it has commenced.
  • No Refunds on Flight Bookings: All flight bookings made through Travedtour are final and non-refundable.
  • Service Charges: The "taxes and service charges" excluded from refunds cover credit card processing fees, administrative costs, and any non-recoverable payments made to our suppliers.

General Conditions

The conditions mentioned above apply to all bookings and services provided by Travedtour unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
